Most of these Rowell LBs stay in Peony Hotel,Bencoolen St normally sharing with another LB. The place is very dirty and on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the cleanest is 4 only.

Surprised no bros reported this in the forum.
Went down to Rowell on Sat last at about 11.30 pm. Found 79 and shop in front locked and closed and all dark. Thought AV raided, so closed for 1/2 hr or so, but in past cases, the shop and the pimp is still there. After 1 hr, still no show.
