My experience was she is still very vanilla..
just that

Many MLs are like that. If u don't give them any tips, they will give u a nickname to ur HP no. and blacklist those who are rough to them during the session. 1 ML told me she cancelled a new customer's appointment when her regular customer who gave her heavy tips ($50) text her for booking. But she gave an excuse that she was not feeling well and not like some MLs who are too frank with double booking or forgot to schedule ur advance booking.

Bro please don't give others here the impression that they need to tip in order
to RTM, and create a trend where MLs expect tips cause "others" do it..

I have been in this dome for close to 5 years, and rarely tip, but never had any
issues with booking back a popular ML :o

And last I checked my database, no negative comments.. so yah
don't need to spread un-needed fear and let bros think they need to tip
to RTM..:confused:

I have been in this dome for coming to 2.5 years
and I tipped a grand total of 3 times, amounting to $60. That didn't affect my rating as customer in any way too.

Lol "GRAND TOTAL" Sounds abt right for me too..
biggest tip was to a ML who charged 110$
didnt have change, just 50$ notes.. gave her 3.. and said "you mei you de zhao"..
she either misheard or acted like she didnt hear and no change was given..
Well was happy w the service so didnt ask for a 2nd time..
lesson learnt frm that day : keep 10$ notes when go out chiong :p

My grand total of 3 tipping occasions = $10 + $ 20 + $30 = $60. :p

That said, as much as there's much lamenting over their attitude and professionalism, I just feel that we should be Professional too in our dealings with them.

The Big P = 3 lesser Ps of Punctual, Polite, and Precise (amount given).

I had a better experience with a HC lady years ago. I was using new banknotes and as you know, they tend to stick together. So I accidentally gave her an extra $50 note (normal fee was $100). Only realised it when I got home.

I went back to her soon after and the first thing she did when she saw me was to want to return the money. I was impressed by her honesty and just told her to keep it as a tip.

She gained a regular that day.

Agreed.. and their hourly pay is easily 3-4x the avg office worker in SG..
10-50$ tip is not going to make them wet..:p
why make the rich richer lol.

Most I do is get some drinks/food for my regular to show my support :D

this is their own business direction but if they not willingly to take up the job may as well just let customer know instead customer sent repeated sms , waste both party times.

Extra tips only a short time only and not always, a $50 tip customer may just curious try once times, but other may rtm many times:D
