Actually most MLs don't do that "in between 15 minutes" customer breaks. If you see them message you to come at 3.15pm or 4.45pm, then they do. But most dont. Most work back to back times.

Reason why some popular APs can still look fresh and work with the same enthusiasm througout the day, I'm told, is that they would work back to back 4-5 customers, then they would take their own allocated 1 to 2 hours time out. They use this time to chill, talk to friends, reply some messages , etc. Then continue.

Since she's her for only one month, Aini can just pack everyone in without breaks. But if she were to stay longer, best advice she can have is to practise the above mentioned breaks. She'll be no good to us or to herself if she were to crash and burn.

Or they would work back to back 4-5 hours, then for the remainder of the day, those with thick wallet will buy them out! Lolol

Some of them do get adrenalin from working back to back most of the day, while vacant slots slow down their momentum.

You are right. But i think applies for one or two months stints.

For longer term MLs, those on 6 months or 1 year, will need to adopt different routines to remain sane. Some take daily downtime breaks, and some even take a few days off every month to disengage from the monotony and recharge. Seeing the same 4 walls day in day out can affect a person's psychological balance.
