Usually I would just ask if they need anything. Simple favor sometimes go a long way to a good first impression.
Most of them would be polite and say no need though.

And sometimes I feel that helps to reassure them that you are likely a real customer most of the time.

Environment: 9/10 (Cozy room. Separate towels for shower and on the message bed. Definitely not common for them to provide 2 towels, but she does. And I appreciate that)
