Tier 1 = Popular MLs with many positive MRs either from their current stint or their previous stints. Like stock market thou, past performance does not indicate future performance.
This does not mean all Tier 2 is not good thou. Some Tier 2 are hidden gems also, just either not many people post MR for them, or they are new, or they want to stay low key, so ask people don't write MR. Some started as T2 but climbed to T1 as more people reviewed positively.
Looks wise is very subjective from person to person. One man's meat is another's poison. Just telling us you prefer looker does nothing as my definition of looker would be different from yours. Just look at the list of T1 and see their preview pictures and you'll notice that they all have varying looks which may or may not be your appetite but these are all well reviewed that's why in JB's T1.
Pick some of the bro's recommendations in their signatures or their MRs, see if the type they gam is what you gam or not, then you know that your taste similar, so you can more or less know if you can trust their MR for any girl they reviewed that you find interested to try.
