Strange, because i thought when it comes to massage, those expat indian are the ones who always got fleeced for "88" special essential oil package And they are willing to pay more to get the service they want.

I personally saw this once at a shop opposite the chinese garden. While waiting for an empty cubicle, saw one indian EP-holder type (not FW) possibly from the nearby condos, walk in and straightaway ask for essential oil package. No basic 1 hour for them.
