Hi Boss & Seniors,
I would like to seek your advice on rep pts.
I kena zap by 2 seniors for violating the rules and i accepted the punishment as it is clearly my fault and i learned from there.
Since then, i have bonked and wrote 3 FRs but no one is upping my pts for my effort in writing. Is it becuase my FRs are too long winded or too dry or therer is any other reason? It is all my genuine experience with those FLs.
If writing FRs doesn;t lead to getting pts, then what is the things that we need to do in order to get pt from seniors?
If writing a good and genuine FR is able to get pts, it will definitely encourage the newbies to chiong and put in effort in writing their experience after bonking session. (my 2cents worth suggestion)
I do understand things like we are unable to control when seniors are going to up the pt for newbies, but it will be good if there is a place where newbies can post their FR (ie. first 10 FRs since they joined) and let Boss or Moderators or Seniors to judge if the FR is good & genuine (pts will be awarded) and at the same time can also point out the mistake done by newbies in writing their frist few FRs. (my another 2cents worth suggestion)
