You can go points exchange to up your points, but if you dun have any FRs or posts the OKTs will still not qualify u - they have to be careful these days.
U need to show you actually chiong and know how to be discreet, not like the thousands of idiots who just post "PM contact" but stay home and PCC. Start at the HC Dome, the Local Massage Dome, Legal Geylang zone etc.
