Level 2 back shop one viet and one prc. Both formerly from Orchard Tower. Tried the viet last week all in 3 blue note.

The only available ones were on level 2, near the carpark entrance, behind the magic shop. 2 ladies, I think one is from Vietnam, and the other is PRC, from their accent. But I could be wrong. Asked for their rates and they quoted me S$100 for a BJ.
I didn't try to negotiate as both of them not exactly my type.

Level 3, the lady nearest to the toilet was already in and putting on her make up.
Kept asking me to go in, but I cannot accept that standard though so I walked off.

XQ was not in yet as the laundry was left outside at her door.
Scuba that stretch, the last shop in the corner, lady was in but she looks uninterested.

Level 1, 4 and 5 very quiet.
Perhaps I was too early.
Loitered around until 12ish and it was still the same so I left.
