Need not live like a vegan or skipping meals. Have a couple of cheat days for your favourite snacks, other days just don't eat junks and too much carbs.

Mike and Tom are ok with me. I'm the one who's not ok. But I don't really care anymore. Don't do sports or exercise, everyday is a cheat day with food. Haha.
