There are even instances where parties are in each other hotel rooms.. sometime with the guy having only towel wrapped around his waist, but the female colleague was there just to find and grab that piece of document and run out already.. no big deal between friends or colleague.. but yes, it will lead to misunderstanding when other colleague saw it at the wrong moment.
