3am to avoid getting caught. 3pm my parents up and about she can't do her stuff as my dad handles the cooking. My kitchen is on level one so it's pretty isolated (noise wise) for her to do her stuff.
It's a norm for my household to leftover rice each meal so I guess she wanted to blend it with the existing stock in the fridge.
