eczema problem Please advice if you can

hi bros

my girlfriend is suffering from eczema. it is a type of skin problem, it is affecting our lifes, let alone our sex life. we have seen alot of doctors and i am worried about her. anyone got any good doctor or remedy to recommend. any form of advice will be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry mate,
i had eczema for 15 yrs now, and it is just a high complication of sensitive skin. Just go to your gp and tell him that you want Dermovate Ointment brown color packaging because Dermovate oso comes in cream form green color packaging. Ointment works, trust me. The reason why dermovate works is because it contains quite a reasonable amount of steroids in it. So use it sparingly. Doctors are reluctant to issue out dermovate simply because of the steroid contents, all those specialist, skin centre, dermatologist are bullshit. Try this ointment and you will know. And also, remember to ask your gf to keep her skin dry, as in don't always wash excessively to the affected part as it will make the eczema worse. Don't worry too much about it as stress can worsen it.

Brother hope you dun mind. This is a wrong session to post about eczema problem. You should post it in the Health Session and may be more brothers who are regularly login there can provide you with more advise.

Anyway, I also have this skin problem since from the teenage time and I visits the National Skin Clinic once in 2 months.

thanks alot bro.. she is actually already using other steriods. but the doctors advice against using it long term as it thin the skin. steriod seems the only ways to reduce the itchyness. but alas it comes back after a while.

Every time i see her stratch. it pains me.

A gf of mine also have the same problem. Avoid eggs the chief culprit. The remedy is said to be consuming and apply aloe vera cream and drinks. The other source is evening primsol oil

besides using steroid creams, ask her review her shower foam, washing detergent, powder she wears, ezcema is easy to control but not treat, many a times ezcema flares up due to many reasons, including stress n diet..

use shower foam that is mild and keeping skin moisturized all the time can reduce itching.. use sun screen, or less exposure to sun may help.. it is also important to identify her underlying trigger factors...a visit to a good skin doctor wouls help in controlling and better management of eczema.

Never never use any shampoo/bathgel with moisturizer, it will hasten the skin to produce more oil, which turns to sweat and rashes breakouts. Look for low pH shampoo in the pharmacy, ask for assistant, the price a bit ex than the normal ones.

Try to avoid sun and staying in the aircon place for long period of time, aircon will dry your skins. Most important of all, drink more plain water, make sure you have enough fluids daily, the urine will drained away those toxic.

You should just go to a specialist, the doctor will advise you with his professional advice right?

Always keep dry after bath. Powder would be useful.
