actually I think coming out might still be ok, as long as got flights and reasonable price. After all come here no need quarantine, so it’s a matter of money and whether they still have the work pass valid to come back.
But if every time go back cost like 2-5k sgd then they will think hard.
Most recently I heard economy class tix for early next year not available anymore, go back have to take like business class which is like 5k sgd minimum.
