A 70s ROC movie. I cannot remember the English name. The movie was ban here because RA movies was allowed 20 yrs later. It star Liu Siew Feng. An RA Taiwan actress back then.

The movie Chinese name is, "looking at the sea". My memory back then many Chinese wrote to BOC to bring it in because it won awards at Golden Horse, although Liu Siew Feng acting was average.

Why sudden? This morning it hit me that, in yrs to come Vietnam woman will be nick named. KTV girls! Back into the 70s. Malaysian woman were nick named. Bar girls!

This "looking at the sea" story line I remembered a little reading in papers. Liu character was a FL because she had no choice. Financial difficulty. Liu was famous 10 yrs b4 Amy Yip. That's history.
