I would recommend Auckland or Dunedin for study.

The weather is better in Auckland for sure.

NZ not exactly a key destination for studies, should consider Canada, UK, US or Aus if the main intent is to study.

If you want a decent life and you have a reasonable access to funds, the UK should be pretty nice.
