STI incubation time varies, depending on whether it is an viral or bacteria infection.

What was done to rule out UTI? Urine culture done?

U can try:

DSC is not bad. My 1st visit took about an hour from registration to leaving. HIV results were ready in about 30mins or so after my blood was taken? Good to go for a peace of mind

Yes. Urine test for bacteria done on the spot... wanted to go dtap but it was closed. So I went to neighborhood clinic. Took my blood along with urine to test. I am still waiting for results😰

Most prolly kena some sti since uti ruled out. Clamydia and gonorrhoea great suspect.
